Frequently Asked Questions

Why are my windows still wet when you leave? Won’t that cause streaking?

We use pure filtered & deionised water to clean our windows. This involves the use of a carbon fibre telescopic pole, a soft brush and 100% pure water which we have filtered through an extensive, multi stage filtration process.

We remove the dirt from your windows with a purpose made window cleaning brush then rinse the glass. The pure water is left on the windows to dry naturally without leaving any watermarks.

Due to the “Working At Height Regulations 2005” we avoid use of ladders when cleaning your windows or climbing over flat roofs.

Will you confirm the date and time of my next clean?

Because we operate on a round system, and we are sometimes at the mercy of the weather, It may not always be possible to give you more than 24 hour notice of our next scheduled cleaning service. As a general rule, if your property has special access requirements your cleaning operative will be in touch the day before your next service.

If you have a particular request, such as getting your property ready to go to market or for survey; after you’ve had building work completed; or to coincide with a special event for your business, please send us an email or give us a call. We’ll do our best to accommodate.

Can I change the date of my next service?

We operate an a cleaning round system, so sometimes it can be difficult to reschedule a window clean for when you request because we might not be in your area.

What time will you arrive?

We do not offer appointments or give times of arrival for regular external window cleaning, but if you have special access requirements, your operative will be in touch the day before your scheduled clean. We clean windows from 8am to 6pm.

Will the same person attend my property each time?

Most of the time yes, but due to holidays, sick leave, paternity leave and round optimisation it is not always possible to the same window cleaner on each visit.
All of our professional cleaners are fully trained, conscientious and insured. They are all uniformed and will arrive in one of our fleet’s ‘CleanBright’ sign written vans

How do I pay for my CleanBright Service?

We offer a number of payment options. You can pay by debit or credit card here on the payment page of our website.

If you prefer to pay by Direct Debit for ease of future payments, please send us a quick email and we’ll send you the Go Cardless link.

Do you clean my sills and frames?

Yes on every visit we clean glass, frames, sills and doors. Please note - There is always a chance of water and particles of dirt running out from the gap between the window and the sill after the operator has left your property.

This doesn’t mean the operator hasn’t cleaned your sills. Over time the dirt trapped between the window and the sill will be washed out.

Can you clean my conservatory windows and roof?

Yes, of course we can! Using our state of the art equipment our fully trained operatives can clean conservatories and extensions of all shapes and sizes.

Just get in touch with us and we’ll arranged a quote.

Do you offer traditional window cleaning?

While we prefer to use our pure water and telescopic pole system, sometimes it is more appropriate to use “traditional” ladder cleaning, depending on the property. If you would like to arrange an estimate for traditional cleaning, simply request a quote and leave a note in additional information section letting us know.
